BLT Steak is the brainchild of acclaimed Chef Tourondel, Bon Appétit Restaurateur of the Year 2007 and Food & Wine Best New Chef 1997. “I created BLT Steak as a modern steakhouse – one that focuses on the best product and the most exact techniques,” said Tourondel. “That is the key for me, to keep it simple and wonderful.” |
