30 Allen Plaza is the new headquarters for Southern Company. Construction began in April 2004 and delivered October 2005. 30 Allen Plaza is a 264,853 RSF, eight-story building
constructed on top of a seven-level parking structure. Floors are an extremely efficient 29,376 RSF with an exterior skin of granite and floor-to-ceiling vision glass. The building contains five passenger elevators and one dedicated freight elevator. Southern Company occupies 220,000 RSF
of the building.
