55 Allen Plaza is the new headquarters for Ernst & Young's Atlanta office. Construction began in April 2005 and delivered May 2007. 55 Allen Plaza is a 348,658 RSF, fourteen-story building constructed on top of a five-level parking structure. It will have 25,000 RSF of retail located on Ivan Allen Jr. Boulevard, adjacent to the new 237-room W hotel. Floors are an extremely efficient 28,049 RSF with an exterior skin of floor-to-ceiling vision glass. The building contains six passenger elevators and one dedicated freight elevator. Ernst & Young occupies 140,000 RSF of the building.
